Pom Pom Factory was started in 2010 by Karen Hsu. Based in East London, Karen is known for creating beautiful handmade flower installations and products, with the help of her Pom Pom team here in the UK.

Graduating from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London in 2007, Karen first came up with the idea of Pom Pom Factory whilst working here at Mercantile London, Spitalfields. It was as a result of her inspiring instore installations, that she was recognised by bloggers, stylists, photographers and other stores who saw her unique displays. Since then, Karen's clientele has included department stores and boutiques including Selfridges, Nicole Farhi, and Hobbs in the UK and Merci in Paris, French labels Naf Naf and Bonpoint and Brit label, Pyrus. Apart from window installations, Karen's work has also been featured in private events, weddings, numerous blogs and print publications.
