Cut in super-soft cotton voile fabric, the Amrita blouse in the Maison Hotel 'Ciao Gabri' series is hand crafted in authentic Chikankari embroidery.
Often referred to as 'poetry on fabric', Chikankari embroidery is is a slow process where the outline of the design is block printed on the fabric and then hand-embroidered by artisans. The loose threads and knots at the back are imperfections which show the manual nature of the technique.
