Here at Mercantile, we advocate time for yourself, time to focus and taking meditative moments to relax the brain from the hurries of normal life. Slowly adjusting our routine, adding more stretches, whilst we wait for the lengthening days, preparing food with love and thought for the seasons and the planet. Finding nourishment in a good book and gently planning activities throughout the year to keep your sustenance up, and your mood even.

Hot baths and body scrubs to relax, cosy socks and lip balm for chilly walks, finally sorting your stuff out with Baggu, and surrounding your body and space with uplifting, spring like, scents all help us to move through January with ease whilst we wait for Spring to reappear.
