Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and deliver your items quickly and securely, whether you're shopping from around the corner or across the world.

 

UK SHIPPING

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 working days via Royal Mail.
  • Free shipping on orders over £25.
  • Orders below £25 will be charged £5 shipping.
  • Orders placed before 2PM on a working day are typically shipped same day and should arrive the following working day.
  • Orders over £200 will require a signature on delivery.

Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not classified as working days.

Prefer to collect in person?

Select Pick Up at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Show your confirmation email, with name and order number at the shop when collecting.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship to most destinations globally via DHL - If we can't ship via DHL we will contact you to inform you of the courier we'll be using.

  • Free shipping for orders over £150.
  • Orders below £150 will be charged either £20 or £30 shipping, depending on which country.
  • We use duties and taxes paid tracked shipping via DHL (DDP)

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Europe: 2–5 working days
  • USA & Canada: 3–7 working days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–8 working days

CUSTOMS & DUTIES 

We calculate local taxes and duties at checkout and include them in your total, so you won't be billed again to clear your parcel through customs - NO EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE DUE UPON DELIVERY.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email including:

  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link to check your delivery status (via Royal Mail or ParcelForce)

To track your parcel:

  1. Open your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Click the tracking link provided.
  3. You’ll be redirected to the courier’s site to view real-time updates.

MISSING ORDERS

If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us with your order number and delivery details.
  • We’ll investigate with the courier.
  • If the item is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund depending on stock availability and your preference.
