If using a machine, wash inside on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Dry on flat. Iron at a maximum temperature of 110°C. 

Or hand wash your jeans, use lukewarm water, a mild detergent and leave them to soak for no longer than 45 minutes, then rise 3 times.
