A beautifully detailed + feminine loose fitting dress with a tiered at the hem in a cotton self-stripe with contrast placement embroidery detail.  

The frill sleeves are make a wonderful statement and are meant to be full + voluminous.  

There is a loose empire line detail and a small fine frill at the neckline with button + loop closure.

There are side seam pockets.  

Length is 130cm.
