CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Christmas deadlines for shipping

  • UK: Order by Saturday 20th December
  • Ireland: Order by Sunday 7th December
  • USA & Canada: Order by Friday 5th December
  • EU: Order by Thursday 4th December

 

UK SHIPPING

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 working days via Royal Mail.
  • Free shipping on orders over £25.
  • Orders below £25 will be charged £5 shipping.
  • Orders placed before 2PM on a working day are typically shipped same day and should arrive the following working day.
  • Orders over £200 will require a signature on delivery.

Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not classified as working days.

Prefer to collect in person?

Select Pick Up at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Show your confirmation email, with name and order number at the shop when collecting.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship to most destinations globally via Royal Mail or ParcelForce.

  • Free shipping for orders over £50.
  • Orders below £50 will be charged £10 shipping.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Europe: 4–7 working days
  • USA & Canada: 5–10 working days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 working days

CUSTOMS & DUTIES 

Customers are responsible for any local taxes or duties required to clear customs in your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email including:

  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link to check your delivery status (via Royal Mail or ParcelForce)

To track your parcel:

  1. Open your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Click the tracking link provided.
  3. You’ll be redirected to the courier’s site to view real-time updates.

MISSING ORDERS

If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us with your order number and delivery details.
  • We’ll investigate with the courier.
  • If the item is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund depending on stock availability and your preference.
