A calming blend of lavender, vetiver and clary sage, designed to help you wind down and prepare for sleep.

Lavender is one of the most studied essential oils for relaxation, while grounding vetiver and earthy clary sage deepen the effect - creating a scent that helps slow the mind and ease the body into rest.

Spritz 3–5 times around the bedroom and across your pillow before sleep. Hold at arm's length from the pillow to avoid any surface marking. Shake well before each use.
