Müll Club - a new form of activism
Made of Money Ring The first of its kind. Made from recycled bank notes.
This is Müll Club’s signature recycled plastic ring — featured in Vogue, who said, “Who knew rubbish could be this beautiful?” Now, it’s been reimagined in a completely new material: polymer bank notes, these notes have reached the end of their use life cycle and were collected as waste from the money industry and now turned into wearable design.
These rings have been created using a wide variety of currencies, however each has the same beautiful gold, speckled finish. The weight of each ring is equivalent to £40 worth of bank notes.
This is your chance to own a piece of recycling history — the first ever recycled money ring Each ring is handmade in Margate using a custom aluminium mould and Müll’s low-waste, low-carbon production process.
The gold-dominant money blend has swirls of deep blue, black, and a touch of white which creates a marbled finish that shifts beautifully in the light.
No two rings are the same. The design is bold, chunky, and sculptural — made to be worn alone or stacked. Lightweight but solid, smooth to the touch, and surprisingly durable.
Disclaimer :These rings are made using recycled polymer bank notes from a variety of currencies. The values stated are illustrative weight comparisons only and do not represent any actual monetary or resale value.
Müll Club actively recycles plastic waste from homes across the UK through a pioneering recycling scheme, transforming discarded plastic into long-products.
With only 12% of the UK's plastic waste currently recycled domestically, Müll was born out of frustration with a failing government’s inaction. The team decided to take matters into their own hands.
By collecting and recycling plastic waste within local communities, Müll significantly reduces the carbon footprint associated with traditional recycling methods. Showcasing a marbling effect created by their specific recycling process.
Their creations have been featured in Vogue, Elle, and Tatler, helping to change the perception of plastic waste.
