Pru Mediterranean Fig & Olive Coffee Cup Candle

An exciting collaboration with sustainably focused and environmentally responsible ceramicists and candle makers. Enjoy over 30 hours of burn time with beautiful aromas, then enjoy drinking from the hand crafted cup over and over again! 

100% natural plant wax, sustainably sourced ingredients and materials, biodegradable, reusable, cruelty free and vegan friendly. Hand poured in the UK in small batches.

THE SCENT

Top notes: Think hot, sun baked walks in the Mediterranean surrounded by bursting fig trees and fresh cut stems. 

Middle notes: Moss and sweet earthy woodlands.

Base notes: Amber and muguet flowers. 

THE WAX

The 100% plant wax is made from sustainably sourced soy, coconut and rapeseed oils combined with a bespoke fusion of elegant fragrance oils blended in the UK. This wax is sustainably sourced and produced, vegan friendly and is biodegradable. 100% palm and paraffin free. The wick is 100% cotton which reduces sooting and promotes a cleaner burn.

THE VESSEL 

Using coffee cups for this collection aligns perfectly with Pru’s brand ethos - everything to be re used, recycled and loved for many many years! The brand has worked with a sustainably focused, family run mill in Portugal to produce these beautiful stoneware cups. Each one is handmade in small batches, each one with its own individuality. No two cups are the same. Enjoy over 30 hours of burn time, then enjoy drinking from your cup over and over again.

Wax fill: 160g / 180ml

Sizes and colouring vary slightly due to each cup being individually handmade.

Initially burn for one hour to allow the wax to melt evenly. Trim your wick to approx 5mm in between each burn.

Once you have enjoyed your candle, simply place the cup in a bowl of hot water. Once the wax has started to melt around the edges, lift it out. Wipe any remaining wax and then hand wash or pop in the dishwasher. All ready for your coffee!
