2. Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order on this site, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. You agree that all information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Product Information & Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and imagery are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed under incorrect pricing.
4. Order Acceptance & Payment
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and The Mercantile London is formed only once your order has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation.
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the UK and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and circumstances beyond our control. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
6. Cancellation & Return Policy
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
To cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@themercantilelondon.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
We cannot guarantee cancellations after this window, as your order may already be in process.
We do not charge cancellation fees. However, if the item has already shipped, you will need to follow our returns process once the item arrives.
Returns
You may return your item(s) within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.
To initiate a return, email info@themercantilelondon.com with your order number and reason for return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned goods, issued to your original payment method.

7. Refer a Friend Program
Our referral program allows you to earn £10 for each friend you refer who makes a purchase — and your friend gets £10 off their first order.
Referral rewards are valid on full-price items only and cannot be combined with other offers.
You must have an account to generate your referral link.
The discount is applied once your friend completes their order using your referral.
We reserve the right to amend or cancel the referral program at any time.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional codes may not be combined and are limited to one per transaction unless stated otherwise. Discount codes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
9. Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are available for purchase. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online at checkout. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All content on this website — including images, text, graphics, logos, and product names — is the property of The Mercantile London or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any content without written permission.
