The new season scent // Q & A with Plum & Ashby

Plum & Ashby create beautifully designed, high quality apothecary products for the home with an aesthetic that is clean and considered. Their home and body collections are inspired by and celebrate their love of the British countryside. The majority of their products are made in England and enriched with natural ingredients.

We caught up with co-founder Freya Nicholson to discover a little more about the inspiration behind the brand.

What inspired you to start Plum and Ashby?

A lack of appealing products you actually want to have in your home.

What advice would you give to someone following a similar path?

Pick one thing, do it well and stay true to your brand.

Clean beauty and transparency in the supply chain are both important factors now – how are Plum and Ashby addressing this?

We have included a sustainability statement in our latest price list. Our products are made in the UK, predominantly from glass with recyclable packaging. We have also removed plastic from our packing materials.
