Earl Of East - Vegan & cruelty-free. Ethically sourced. Phthalate-free & GMO-free. Non-GMO.

All Earl of East candles are hand poured at their production studio in East London using eco-soy (non-GMO) wax. They guarantee that all of their collaborators and suppliers of soy-wax elements are certified by the RSPO. They are committed to ensuring that their work does not contribute to deforestation and respects the rights of workers and indigenous people.

The candle wicks are made from cotton and unbleached linen, dipped in vegetable wax. The cotton complies with the Oetoex Standard 100, which regulates and tests fabrics for harmful substances. The oils in the Earl of East candles are ethically sourced and fully traceable to origin.

Their incense products are made using bamboo sticks and wooden materials that are then scented with essential oils. All materials used are vegan, non-GMO, paraben free and cruelty free.

Benamôr - Cruelty-free. Free of mineral oil or petroleum derivatives. Freshness without parabens. Community based.

Benamôr was founded in 1925 in Lisbon by a mysterious apothecary who created miraculous ointments in his laboratory at Campo Grande nº189.

His handmade beauty recipes were based on unique perfumes and natural ingredients grown under the sun of Portugal : lemon, rose, aloe vera and almond oil. Packed in striking Art Deco tubes, it was an instant hit, and lots of  Lisbon became fans, including Queen Amélie herself.

Benamôr gave birth to some of Portugal’s cult beauty recipes, such as Créme de Rosto, the miracle face cream who's rose extract gives an instant glow- and remains unchanged until now. Alantoíne handcream and Bronzaline were also amongst its most sought after creations.

All  products are cruelty-free, free of any mineral oil or petroleum derivatives, their freshness is guaranteed without any parabens and using as few preservatives as possible. To protect the planet, the company philosophy has remained the same since 1925: reducing energy consumption and promoting sustainable beauty recipes through recycled packaging. They contribute to the sustainable growth of the Portuguese economy by buying, producing and employing locally and ethically, since 1925.

Gwenyn Gruffydd - Small batch production. No paraffin, No synthetic fragrances. No artificial colours. No bleaching process .

Gwenyn Gruffydd was founded in 2010 when Gruffydd decided to follow his dream of keeping bees. Gruffydd was kindly given a hive of bees by a friend farming locally that quickly multiplied into over 200 beehives, dotted around several locations across South Wales over 10 years later.

Beeswax is the by-product from honey production and the wax cappings are turned into beautiful handcrafted yellow wax for candle making. The colour of the beeswax will vary from batch-to-batch, and from season to season, so they are all naturally coloured. Angharad refines down the beeswax and turns them into beautiful sustainable Welsh beeswax candles

All of the candles are made with 100% pure beeswax ensuring the finest quality and cotton wick. No paraffin or other nasty chemicals, no synthetic fragrances, no artificial colours and no bleaching process with the addition of plastic free packaging.
