Mood of the season - Heritage sportswear

With a wealth of sportswear history, heritage sportswear brands which reigned supreme in the eighties and nineties are now back in the spotlight.

A  desire for a retro aesthetic has seen brands such as Champion, who pioneered the reverse weave and dressed America's basketball 'Dream Team' in the nineties, and Fila, which began in 1911 in Northern Italy and was worn by tennis greats such as Bjorn Borg, has built on their sportswear DNA and become wardrobe classics in bright pops of colour in clean, neat shapes.
