Pre -Autumn 19 Colour Block Collection - Rains

Rains is a contemporary rain wear lifestyle brand creating waterproof designs. Influenced by its Scandinavian heritage, Rains is of the opinion that proper rain wear need not come at the cost of considered design. 

For their Pre 19 collection Rains has been inspired by the street wear of the 80’s and 90’s, and presents a collection of colour blocked outerwear, trousers, bags, and head wear.

Digging into the archives, the Rains design team dove into everything from urban street style portraits of hip-hop stars to family holidays on snow-laden ski slopes in order explore one of the most poignant and influential aesthetics of its time. This capsule collection pays homage to an era where the reach for freedom of expression was highly articulated through fashion, with trends surpassing geography and status.

It’s these bright bold blocks of colour that have taken over Rains classics, adding a new dimension to their band of signature styles.
