The new season look - Transparent/Shine

For the AW 18 collections rain wear brand Rains, have been inspired by the phenomenon of mirages and experiments with glossy, semi-transparent and transparent surfaces as a way of tricking the eye.
This unconventional collection is for those who wish for something different whilst keeping the comfort of the classic Rains waterproof coat.
The second new season take is a collection of semi-transparent rain wear inspired by atmospheric conditions.

“By definition, 'fog' is described as a murky state of the atmosphere caused by water vapour suspended near the ground. We took to the design table to develop a waterproof PU that embodied a foggy climatic condition” – Rains.

The result is two new colourways, Foggy Black and Foggy White, debuting on Rains' newest AW 18 silhouette, the Hooded Coat.
